Behind The Scenes: Styling El Paseo & The Desert Guide

20.6.13

My highlight this week was styling a very playful and fun photo shoot for two magazines, El Paseo & The Desert Guide. Working closely with creative beauty Jules Moore is always a bliss to work with. She was the photographer this time around for both shoots.

As a stylist assistant it's a lot of hands on work, which is a must. I have to say my favorite kind of work is when it doesn't even feel like "work." I enjoy and take in every second when assisting in styling or being creative. I am always learning something new on set which is great. The team we had was just amazing, they were all locals from the Coachella Valley which made it a plus.

Due to being busy during this shoot I lacked taking photos for the blog, but I was able to capture a Vine video, so from my iPhone I snapped shot these photos from my 6 second vine video.
Hope you enjoy these pictures I was able to capture from the styling shoot. Just a little bit of location, items used and our gorgeous model we had the pleasure working with.

enjoy xo.

Some great statement jewelry pieces from Flow Modern Design.

Some vintage accessories that were great to add. All from my work
Deja Vu Vintage Finery.

Not all of the wardrobe here, but a few items that were used and
having options are always great to have.
